Starting my working life after university in London at an advertising agency, I could not shake a desire to escape the rat race, to pursue my dream of becoming a chef.  Cooking and eating with friends and family has always been close to my heart, but making that leap to take up a job cooking all over the Mediterranean as a Yacht and Private Villa Chef, is what made my dream a reality and led us to Millie’s Pantry. 

Fresh, seasonal produce has always been at the heart of our ethos. This is an essential aspect of cooking on a yacht and, when on land, living on the beautiful little island of Mallorca allows the opportunity to source the top quality local ingredients. 

Put simply, cooking for me is about finding joy in all different types of cooking and cuisine. From a 6-course fine dining tasting menu, to hunks of crusty ciabatta and a hearty bubbling lasagna to feed the masses. . . whatever it is that you are looking for, each bespoke menu will be carefully curated just for you. 

It is our aim to ensure that you have a seamless dining experience. Whether you are looking for a Private Villa Chef for the summer, a baby shower brunch, or a family-style feast for larger groups, we want to make it as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible. 

If you are looking to impress a loved one with a 5* 3-course meal, improve your baking skills with a focaccia lesson, or enjoy a ceviche-making course with spicy margaritas, we provide intimate cooking lessons at your home, whatever the occasion or request.

We hired chef Millie last September for 2 weeks in a beautiful villa in Mallorca. We had family and various groups of friends staying throughout the 2 weeks. Millie adapted her style to the crowd, be it plated or family style. She always provided a wide variety of delicious meals and always with a smile. We enjoyed southern style bbqs, fresh fish with green goddess salads, healthy smoothies, açai bowls, Persian and Thai delights, the list goes on! We would definitely hire Millie again, she’s a delight to have around and is very talented. Our 3 year old son still talks about her.

Fantastic dual experience - one to one afternoon class on classic Peruvian Ceviche, followed by a beautifully gourmet South American themed supper for six. Superb attention to detail, including table setting with produce from our own garden! Highly recommend to anyone.
